Missing My Girl

Look at this sweet girl! Oh how I miss her. She is currently spending time with Aunt Meg and the boys. I know they are all having a blast. I mean Mollye didn't even cry at all yesterday! That's impressive for this kid lately. Thinking Mommy should just call in sick the next two days and go play with them! I love you baby girl! I will see you soon!

New Bathtime Routine

So bathtime is always a fun time in our house!

It use to be that Mollye rode her lion to the bathtub,

but these days she DANCES her way!

Yes, that's right she not only walks but can walk and DANCE!

Well I guess some would call it a wobble:)

You see Mollye usually hears her Daddy start the bath water and off she goes.

Then Mommy turns the music on and the Mollye Bear starts getting down with it!

Thanks to my fabulous sister-n-law we have been rocking out everynight before bath.

You see she gave Mollye a flip and flop CD full of some awesome tunes.

The choices tonight were two of Mollye's favorites.

So much of her favorites that instead of going to the bath like usual she just kept dancing from room to room.

Check out our first dance tonight: [camera lady apologizes for ALWAYS recording sideways!]

Mollye said she had to save the best for last!

The next dance of the night was a little Can't Touch This!

That's right; Mollye is probably the only baby out there dancing to M.C. Hammer right now.

She loves it!

Check out the ending where she throws the hand up and says, "no more mom; no autographs tonight."

Love that baby girl!!!

Life is so good with this sweet girl!

Sleep

Oh, how far we have come in the sleep world.

The first six months were spent in the bed with Mommy and Daddy.

Yes, I know this is frowned upon, but as a full-time working momma, I did what I had to do!
Let me tell you as a missing the baby stage momma, I would do it all over again!!! Who cares what people think!

Just check out this sweet picture of Mollye and her Daddy sleeping together:

Then we finally moved to our crib but still woke several times a night.

FINALLY... at eight months we started sleeping through the night!!!

Wow, how much easier things became after this occurrence.

Now, we have no problems going to sleep. It's a simple routine: bath, jammies, books, then kisses from Mommy and Daddy.

Momma lays down the Mollye Bear, and she simply looks up and says "bye, bye." I respond, "yes, night, night :) I love you pumpkin." Then she plays for a few minutes and to sleep she goes.

Just check out this picture of Mollye snoozing during her morning nap:

That is a professional sleeper!
